These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and prwin ("prwin", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the prwin website located at https://prwin.cam and any related services, applications, tools and features made available through the platform (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing any part of the Platform or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the overall agreement between you and prwin.

The following defined terms are used throughout these Terms. Where the context requires, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your Account:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
2. You must be a natural person acting in your own capacity. Registrations by corporations, trusts, partnerships or other legal entities are not permitted.
3. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Restricted Jurisdiction. The list of Restricted Jurisdictions is maintained by prwin and may be updated from time to time.
4. You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer or agent of prwin or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
5. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
6. You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether issued through the Platform or through any recognised responsible gambling scheme to which prwin subscribes.
7. You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration and must update that information promptly if it changes.

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform at any given time. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you must:

• Provide your legal full name exactly as it appears on your government-issued identification document (CNIC or passport).
• Provide a valid, active email address to which you have sole access.
• Choose a strong, unique password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and must not share it with any third party.
• Provide accurate date of birth information. Age verification will be conducted as part of the KYC process.
• Provide a valid mobile number registered in your name for two-factor authentication and account security purposes.

prwin reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including a copy of your CNIC, passport, proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) and, where required, evidence of source of funds — at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to withdrawal and during periodic account reviews.

All KYC documents must be submitted exclusively through the Platform's official, HTTPS-secured verification portal. prwin will never request identity documents via email, WhatsApp, third-party file-sharing services or any channel outside the secure verification interface. Do not submit sensitive documents through any channel other than the official Platform portal.

All deposits to and withdrawals from your Account must be made through the payment methods available in the Platform cashier at the time of the transaction. The availability of any specific payment method is subject to change without prior notice and may vary depending on your jurisdiction and account status.

For context, payment services familiar to Pakistani users — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may be referenced on the Platform as illustrative examples. Actual availability of any such payment method in the cashier must be confirmed at the time of use. The mention of these providers on the Platform does not constitute an endorsement of gambling by those providers, nor does it imply any commercial partnership or affiliation.

The following general conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• All deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument held in your own legal name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set by the Platform and may vary by payment method. These limits are displayed in the cashier interface.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account verified as belonging to the Account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• KYC verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal request can be approved and processed. Incomplete or unverified Accounts cannot withdraw funds.
• Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method and may be subject to internal review periods. prwin will endeavour to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed in the cashier.
• prwin reserves the right to request additional documentation — including source of funds evidence — before approving any withdrawal where required by its anti-money laundering obligations.
• Where amounts are referenced on the Platform in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs), these are indicative examples only. Actual transaction amounts will be processed in the currency supported by your Account at the applicable exchange rate.

prwin may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made available.

The following general bonus terms apply to all promotions unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to applicable Wagering Requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering Requirements, time limits, minimum odds restrictions and eligible game categories will be clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms. Users should read these in full before claiming any offer.
• Welcome bonuses and first-deposit offers are available only to new registered Users and may only be claimed once per Account, household, IP address, device or payment method.
• prwin reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time, subject to reasonable notice where practically possible.
• Any attempt to exploit, abuse or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies or other deceptive practices — will result in forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds and winnings, and may result in Account suspension or permanent closure.
• Bonus Funds cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash outside of the Wagering Requirement pathway, or used to fund bets that are hedged or laid off on external platforms.

prwin is committed to presenting all bonus offers with full transparency. We will not display a headline bonus figure without clearly stating the wagering requirement and key conditions immediately adjacent to that figure. All sports betting and casino gaming activity on the Platform is governed by the specific rules applicable to each market, game or event, as published on the relevant section of the Platform. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

With respect to sports betting — including cricket markets covering the PSL, ICC tournaments, bilateral series and T20 competitions, as well as football, UFC and other sporting events offered on the Platform — the following general principles apply:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Market odds are subject to change prior to confirmation.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the User, except where a Cash Out facility is offered and the User elects to use it prior to the event settling.
• prwin reserves the right to void bets placed on events that are cancelled, abandoned or materially altered, in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules.
• In the event of an obvious pricing or technical error, prwin reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Users' Accounts.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply to all markets and will be displayed in the bet slip or market information. These limits may vary by event, market type and Account status.
• For live (in-play) betting, bets will be accepted subject to platform availability and may be suspended during critical moments of a match or event at prwin's discretion.

With respect to casino games — including slots, live dealer tables, table games, instant-win games and any other games available in the casino section of the Platform — results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or by live dealer procedures, as applicable. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual games will be displayed in the game information panel where available.

prwin is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a means of generating income or a response to financial difficulty or emotional distress. We urge all Users to gamble responsibly and within their personal means.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Account holders through the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the net losses you are prepared to accept within a given period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for individual play sessions, after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a temporary break from the Platform for a defined period (e.g., 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days) during which your Account will be suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and, once confirmed, cannot be reversed within the chosen exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications during active play sessions to remind you of the time elapsed and your session activity.

Increases to deposit or loss limits take effect after a mandatory cooling-off period. Decreases take effect immediately. Self-exclusion is irreversible within the chosen period and cannot be overridden at the User's request.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms. prwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, to withhold associated balances where permitted by applicable rules, and to report relevant activity to the appropriate authorities.

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person in creating an Account for the purpose of circumventing these Terms.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction, or using a VPN, proxy or similar technology to mask your true jurisdiction of access.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, payment fraud or collusive betting.
• Using automated scripts, bots, data-scraping tools or artificial intelligence to place bets, access market data or interact with the Platform in a manner not authorised by prwin.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to prwin immediately. Winnings arising from exploited errors are not payable.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing or other financial crime purpose.
• Sharing or selling account access credentials, or allowing a third party to use your Account.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing or any corrupt betting activity in relation to any sporting event. prwin cooperates fully with sporting integrity bodies and law enforcement agencies in relation to such activity.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing prwin's support staff or other users of the Platform.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software and the overall design and arrangement of the Platform — is the property of prwin or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only, strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• Use any data mining, scraping or similar data extraction tools on the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or platform.
• Use the prwin name, logo or trademarks in any manner without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content terminates the licence granted herein and may constitute an infringement of prwin's intellectual property rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, prwin and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, prwin expressly disclaims all liability for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits or revenue arising from technical failures, platform outages, data errors or any other cause beyond prwin's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including but not limited to account suspension resulting from KYC non-compliance or breach of the prohibited conduct provisions.
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Any indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics or game descriptions.
• Any losses, penalties or legal consequences arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is restricted or prohibited. You assume full responsibility for determining the legality of your access.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude prwin's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

prwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The User has engaged in or is suspected of engaging in fraudulent, collusive or criminal activity.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other users.
• The User is accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• The Account has been inactive for a prolonged period in accordance with prwin's dormant account policy.
• prwin is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory direction or a court order.

You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written request through the Help Center. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your Account will be returned to you via a payment method approved by prwin, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the absence of any pending fraud or investigation flags.

Bonus Funds and associated winnings that have not satisfied applicable Wagering Requirements at the time of Account closure will not be returned.

prwin reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, prwin will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice through one or more of the following channels: a notice displayed on the Platform, an email to your registered address, or a notification through the Platform's in-app messaging system.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent version of these Terms came into effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.

We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. Material changes will always be clearly identified in the updated document.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which prwin holds its operating licence. The applicable governing law will be specified in the specific licence documentation available through the Platform's licensing information section.

Nothing in this clause limits the mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence. Where mandatory local law provisions apply, they will take precedence over these Terms to the extent of any inconsistency.
